Public Holidays

We are closed on all Public Holidays - If you place an order for a public holiday, we will contact you and offer a refund or delivery of your order the next business day.

To guarantee same day delivery, we request that you place your order by 12noon AEST. For delivery to Melbourne, Queenscliff, Portalington and Torquay your order must be placed by 5.30 pm AEST the day prior to delivery. All flowers and gifts are delivered with upmost care. Delivery charges are determained according to suburb and delivery costs will be added to your order before processing.

*If you would really love your flowers delivered on the same day but it is after 12noon, just give us a quick buzz and we will let you know if we are still able to deliver your blooms!

If there is no one at the delivery address to receive the Product, the Product will be left in a safe, weather protected spot at the delivery address specified as we see fit.

If the incorrect Delivery details are provided or we are unable to gain access to the property due to locked gates or barking puppies, we may need to return the product to our store and contact you to arrange re delivery which may incure a re delivery fee!

If you choose not to pay an additional delivery fee and would prefer a refund when incorrect delivery address details are provided we will provide you with a 75% refund for the cost of the flowers, Delivery fee will not be refunded as we must allow for the time taken to deliver and create your arrangement etc.

For Delivery to -SURFCOAST AND BELLERINE, -OUTER GEELONG SUBURBS, -MELBOURNE AND OTHERS , Please contact us for Saturday availablility we are only able to guarentee delivery MONDAY-FRIDAY

-Same day delivery... this is by 5.30 unless specified so please let us know If you would like your flowers delivered by a certain time, We do endeavour to get all of our deliveries out and to their flower lovers promptly!

-If delivery is unavailable to an outer suburb you have selected on a certain day we will contact you asap!

The Menu images

The images of flowers to order presented in "the menu" reflect a particular time and season. Although we will endeavour to create arrangements that closely resemble your selection, please allow for changes in availability and seasons. In such cases, we will substitute flowers with similar blooms to best reflect the style of the image displayed, and colour selection you have choosen. However, if your requirements are quite specific, you may prefer to contact us directly and place your order via telephone on 03 52296506. All selected arrangements are made with love and inclusive of a flower bowl white gift card, gift wrapping, and GST.

Goods Return Policy

If you deem the product to be faulty we will happily replace your good/s or refund your money subject to the following:

2. Good/s will NOT be refunded where there has been a change of mind.
3. We do not make refunds for any shipping or freight damage; please refer to the carrier for any damage concerns.
4. The good/s need to be returned back to Flower Bowl within 48 hours of Flower Bowl accepting the return of the goods, 
5. Once we have received the good/s and are satisfied with your concerns we will either replace the good/s or issue a refund for the purchase price of the applicable item and the original freight that we charged within 7 days of receiving the returned good/s.
